It all started in 2005 when as a Web developer,Founder Efemena Derek Idjai discovered how disadvantaged it was for the average Nigerian to buy and sell domains in the then fledging web design And hosting business sector of the Nigerian Economy,he started Net wave Nigeria to fill in the Gap and it has succeeded to a large extent in educating the market and creating a viable base for its metamorphosis into Next Web Nigeria.
Next Internally discussions started about how Next Web would be able to truly be a different company and what types of things we could do that would provide "unique" feature sets exclusive to the Next Web hosting platform. In speaking with a number of customers, developers, and knowing what we ourselves would want from a hosting company, Next Web was born which is set to become a global African Web Hosting provider with an unique approach to the African web market for web hosting,design services with A price regime that was reasonable balanced fro the provision of reliable quality services obtainable anywhere without breaking the bank while providing a platform accessible anywhere anytime.
